The first step to purchasing a home is securing credit from a lender.  Credit and loan guidlines have changed rapidly in the past year... and we see changes each week. Once you know what you can afford according to an acredited lender........I CAN BEGIN TO FIND YOUR HOME.....LET'S GO!

NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY!
Buy NOW for a great value!  I cannot emphasize ENOUGH that now is the time that Buyers need to get busy and "buy".  With interest rates inching upward, and mortgage guidlines becoming more strengent; the time is NOW.

Fort Worth/Tarrant County Ready, Set, SELL NOW

2010 means lower Fort Worth home prices in some areas while others remain about the same as one year ago.  

Tarrant County Sellers are now getting very realistic about their home value now after seeing homes stay on the market too long and sell for less than they were asking.  My advice to my HomeSellers is that they trust what the market is telling them.  Buyers are very careful and lenders will not appraise a home over value.  New Federal rules for appraisers have leveled the process and they are being regulated.
