AS OF THE 3RD WEEK OF OCTOBER, the lending rules changed!  The scores for debt to income for "loanability" are different.  The best thing for you to do if you want to purchase a home is call me right away and I will set up an appointment with an excellent loan officer who can tell you quickly the amount of loan you will qualify for.



This change applies to all people who are currently on contract but have not yet closed as well as buyers who are getting ready to go on contract.
